The Paper application versions can be downloaded from University’s official website. Along with the Common Application, all applicants are needed to submit the School Report, Midyear Report, Teacher Evaluation, Fee Waiver Request (for US citizens only), Early Decision Signature page (for Early Decision applicants only), and Honors Program in Medical Education Application Request Card. The university is also committed to meeting the full institutional need of undergraduates for four years.
